A quote is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed in writing (including by text or email). We reserve the right to decline any job.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are free and non-obligatory unless otherwise stated.
• The price quoted is the price you pay. We do not add hidden charges after a job is agreed.
• If the scope of a job changes significantly once work has started, we will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
• Payment is due on completion of the work unless a different arrangement has been agreed in advance.

4. Liability

Peak Grounds carries public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team during the course of work, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for damage caused by conditions outside our control (such as extreme weather or unforeseen underground utilities).
