The Challenge
The garden had been neglected for over two years. The lawn was thick with moss and weeds, the borders were wildly overgrown, and a large laurel hedge had doubled in size. The client needed a full transformation ahead of putting the house on the market.
What We Did
- Full border clearance - removed all overgrown weeds, dead plants, and accumulated debris from all beds and borders.
- Lawn restoration - scarified the moss-heavy lawn, overseeded bare patches, and gave a precise edge cut.
- Hedge shaping - reduced and shaped a 12-metre laurel hedge, removing over a third of its bulk.
- Waste removal - all green waste loaded and removed to a licenced waste facility on the same day.
The Result
The garden was completely transformed in a single day. The client was thrilled, and they received two offers on their property within a week of the photography.
